Owner’s Representation & Project Management
Owner-side support for data-center development.
Connect development requirements with delivery.
Data-center projects bring site, utility, design, equipment and construction decisions together early. King Insights supports owners in coordinating those decisions, identifying development risks and keeping the project team aligned with the intended facility requirements. The work centers on development and construction delivery, rather than operation of live data-center facilities.
Site and utility planning.
Before major commitments, owners need a clear understanding of site requirements, utility constraints, building layouts and the dependencies affecting delivery. King Insights provides site and development planning support and helps coordinate the relevant technical parties. Utility availability, capacity and timing must be confirmed by the responsible providers and project professionals; they are not assumed or guaranteed.
Design, equipment and construction coordination.
Owner-side project management helps connect designers, contractors and equipment suppliers with the owner’s schedule and priorities. King Insights can support project planning, risk management, equipment-interface coordination and construction oversight. Technical design and specialist commissioning remain with the qualified parties assigned to those scopes.
Practical experience, defined responsibilities.
Scott King’s background includes data-center development alongside general contracting, owner-side leadership and consulting. Based in the Atlanta metropolitan area, King Insights works with teams in the United States and internationally. An initial discussion can establish the development stage, site status, delivery constraints and the owner-side support needed.
